This Cookie Policy explains how Wizdom Networks ("Company", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the EVC Platform ("Service").
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They serve various purposes including remembering your preferences, maintaining your session, and understanding how you use the Service. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.
2. Cookies We Use

These cookies remember your preferences and settings to provide a personalized experience.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
theme_preference | Stores your light/dark mode preference | 1 year |
org_selection | Remembers your last selected organization | 30 days |
locale | Stores your language/locale preference | 1 year |
Legal basis: These cookies support Service functionality and are considered necessary for the service you have requested. They do not require separate consent.
2.3 Analytics Cookies (Opt-In Only)
If implemented, analytics cookies help us understand how users interact with the Service to improve its features and performance. These cookies are only set with your explicit consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics cookies | Aggregate usage statistics (page views, feature usage, session flow) | Varies |
Legal basis: Consent. These cookies are only set if you explicitly opt in through our cookie consent mechanism.
We currently do not use third-party analytics services. If we introduce analytics cookies in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
2.4 Third-Party Cookies
The following third-party services may set cookies when you use certain features of the Service:
| Provider | Purpose | When Set |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing and fraud prevention | During checkout, subscription management, and payment method updates |
Stripe cookies are necessary for billing functionality and are governed by Stripe's own cookie policy and privacy policy. We do not control the cookies set by Stripe.
We do not use advertising cookies or allow third-party advertising networks to set cookies through the Service.
3. Cookie Consent
When you first visit the Service, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to:
- Accept all cookies — Enables all cookie categories including analytics
- Accept essential only — Enables only essential and functional cookies (analytics cookies remain disabled)
- Manage preferences — Choose which optional cookie categories to enable
Your consent preferences are stored and can be changed at any time through the cookie settings accessible from the Service footer or your account settings.
Essential and functional cookies are always active because they are necessary for the Service to function. You do not need to consent to these cookies, but you are informed of their use.
4. Managing Cookies
4.1 Through the Service
Use the cookie consent mechanism described in Section 3 to manage your preferences for optional cookies.
4.2 Through Your Browser
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View cookies currently stored on your device
- Delete all or specific cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites or all sites
- Set preferences for first-party vs. third-party cookies
Common browser cookie settings:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data
Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly. If you block session or authentication cookies, you will not be able to log in.
4.3 Do Not Track
The Service currently does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as there is no industry-standard implementation. We honor your cookie consent preferences as described in Section 3.
5. Data Collected by Cookies
Cookies used by the Service do not collect personal information beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. Essential cookies contain session identifiers and authentication tokens. Functional cookies contain preference values only.
For information about how we handle personal data, including data collected through cookies, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes (such as introducing new cookie categories), we will provide notice through the cookie consent mechanism.
